I recently wrote a song for a little girl who, before the age of 4, had undergone 3 open heart surgeries. She’s now 5 years old. Her family just relocated across the country from LA and paid me a visit here in Nashville. With little notice, I put on a brief show, and had a friend hold the camera so we could capture the special moment when Izzy heard her song for the first time, live and in person!
