So, if you’ve been following me these last few months, you know that I’m doing a weekly song release (#happyHumpDaysongs). If you follow my Twitter or Facebook – you may also know that my computer crashed on me a couple weeks ago, and though it’s been fixed – I’ve been battling with this new Mac OS (preaching to the choir I’m sure).
The long and short of this is – I’m working on setting up some travel dates, trying to books some shows, and I’m writing song left and right… I just don’t have a way to track them! Because I’ve been busy with some of these other things, I’ve got very little time to put the proper configuration of Pro Tools version and OS version together (or even figure out how). Everything I’m reading online, and even what Avid says will work, doesn’t seem to want to work. “If I upgrade this, do I downgrade that?” kind of thing.
Basically, I’m just letting you all know, I’m doing the absolute best I can! I’m just having issues at the moment, haha 🙂 I’m really praying for a miracle this week! Agh – and maybe enough money to get a new program, or enough time to install, or both?? It’s a never ending cycle of wrong turns at the moment! Anyway – music to come – just don’t judge me if I have to do it on Garageband 😛 haha.
